Greetings in the name of Jesus:

Let me begin by saying I (the Bishop) am so glad that you are still in the will of God! For some that is a lot to say. Many people have dealt with the spirit of Jezebel and some times even seen it in their own family. The spirit of Jezebel comes only to destroy the prophet of God and the leaders of families. This spirit has a mission of aborting the new born whether in the Church or in a family. In the northern part of the U.S. this spirit grows in men more than women. But let us not forget that the root to this fruit came from a woman, mother, grandmother, past wife, etc. At the root to this fruit is lies, unfaithfulness, betrayal, and of course pride. Pride has complete control of them. Men that have been called by God, manifest this because of the lies they tell all day long, everyday. They lie to their employer, their wife, themselves, their children and anyone who stand in the way of them cunning people. They take advantage of people; they think they are showing how much of a man they are. In fact they are really little boys that have lost their way. This month our assignment is to attack this spirit, which will attack the lack that many of you are facing in your finances. I will not kid you, this will be work. God made us a team to attack lack in your life.

 This spirit acts like it is with you but really is very far from you. At the very heart of this spirit is a desire to control all that is Holy and all that belongs to someone else. Control and stealing is their main issue in life. Many times they use fear to control other people. One true trait about this spirit is the availability to use things in the natural to justify their goals, plans and schemes. When in women this spirit likes to control the man. When in men they say, ‘If I am wrong I am right.’ Thus this spirit is passed on to the children and now the curse is taken to a new level. This generation that we have now do not know if they are a male or female. The term bi-sexual is a common thing among young people today. The spirit of Jezebel is more at work than you know. Remember this spirit of Jezebel want to abort the new born or keep you from reproducing. In men, the purpose is to rob them of their ability to be like Jesus so they are unable to lead.

Why does this spirit ruin so many people lives? Because most women have been treated so badly in the last 50 years, they try to compete with men. In other words they try to be like them only better. This is further carried out with the thought that I do not need a man. This is because the pressure on a woman is so great. So many are misunderstood, mistreated, and have many problems that date back to their childhood. They been told keep quite, get out of the way, leave me alone, I don’t have time, when all they needed was to talk. They have to work, cook, clean, raise children, and even in some cases take care of their husband who does not work. Resentment grows mightily in their heart.

Since World War II, women have worked in factories and have taken most of the jobs that men used to do. This causes anger to rise like never before. They choose other men and sometimes other women to fill the void that is their life. They try to go church, but it hard to do when your heart has been stepped on, broken, beaten up and left for dead. For out of the heart comes (produces) all the issues of life.

Let us now look into the Word of God. 1 Kings 16:31 informs (tells completely) that Jezebel was King Ahab’s idolatrous wife. We know from verse 31 and 32 that Ahab did evil in the sight of the Lord by walking in the sins of Jeroboam the son of Nebat. Her (Jezebel) abominable acts are as followed: 1 Kings 18:4 states this: ‘For so it was, while Jezebel massacred the prophets of the Lord, that Obadiah had taken one hundred prophets and hidden them, fifty to a cave, and had fed them with bread and water.’

1 Kings 19:1-2 states this: And Ahab told Jezebel all that Elijah done, also how he had executed all the prophets with the sword. Then Jezebel sent a messenger to Elijah, saying, “So let the gods (her gods) do to me, and more also, if I (Jezebel) do not make your life as the life of one of them by tomorrow about this time.” She showed no respect for the true man of God.

1 King 21: 1-16 states this: ‘And it came to pass after these things that Naboth the Jezreelite had a vineyard which was in Jezreel, next to the palace of Ahab king of Samaria. So Ahab spoke to Naboth, saying, “Give me your vineyard that I may have it for a vegetable garden, because it is near, next to my house; and for it I will give you a vineyard better than it. Or, if it seems good to you, I will give you its worth in money.” But Naboth said to Ahab, “The Lord forbids that I should give the inheritance of my fathers to you!” So Ahab went into his house sullen and displeased because of the word Naboth the Jezreelite had spoken to him; for he had said,” I will not give you the inheritance of my fathers.” And he lay down on his bed, and turned away his face, and would not eat any food. But Jezebel his wife came to him, and said to him,” Why is your spirit so sullen that you eat no food?” He said to her,” Because I spoke to Naboth the Jezreelite, and said to him,’ Give me your vineyard for money; or else, if it please you, I will give you another vineyard for it.’ And he answered, I will not give you my vineyard.’” Then Jezebel his wife said to him “You now exercise authority over Israel! Arise, eat food and let your heart be cheerful; “I will give you the vineyard of Naboth the Jezreelite.” And she wrote Letters in his name, sealed them with his seal, and sent letters to the elders and the nobleman who were the dwelling in the city with Naboth. She wrote in the letters saying, proclaim a fast, and seat Naboth with high honor among the people; and seat two men, scoundrels, before him to bear witness against him, saying You have blasphemed God and the king.” Then take him out, and stoned him, that he may die. So the man of his city, the elders and nobleman who were inhabitants of the city , did as Jezebel had sent to them, as it was written in the letters which she had sent to them. They proclaimed a fast, and seated Naboth with high honor among the people. And two men , scoundrels, came in and set before him ; and the scoundrels witness against him, against Naboth, in the presence of the people, saying Naboth has blasphemed God and the king!’ then they took him out side the city and stoned him with stones, so that he died. Then they sent to Jezebel, saying, Naboth has been stoned and is dead.

And it came to pass, when Jezebel heard that Naboth had been stoned and was dead, that Jezebel said to Ahab,” Arise, take possession of the vineyard of Naboth the Jezreelite, which he refused to give you money; for Naboth is not alive, but dead.” So it was when Ahab got up and went down to take possession of the vineyard of Naboth the Jezreelite.

The bad thing about this is that she done this to the people of God. Many people have been beaten out of things that belong to them by people just like this. Some times it is even worse because they come to you as friends, church member, family member, or as people of respect and all the time they are trying to take what God has given you. They use the term ‘by any means necessary.’ We all know that we have seen this spirit in many people in our surrounding. When these things start to happening, the Lord sends his ministers with the word from the Lord. Please note that the man did not know anything about it, but his whole house was affected. This is why men must be leaders in their own home. God holds you responsible!

1 Kings 21:20 -21 states this: So Ahab said to Elijah “Have you found me, O my enemy?” And he answered,” I have found you, because you have sold yourself to do evil in the sight of the Lord: Behold, I will bring calamity on you. I will take away your posterity, and will cut off from Ahab every male in Israel, both bond and free.

In verse 19 this verse stated “You shall speak to him (Ahab), saying, Thus says the Lord: Have you murdered and also taken possession?” And you shall speak to him (Ahab), saying, Thus says the Lord: “In the place where dogs licked the blood of Naboth, dogs shall lick your blood, even yours.”

Please note that God renders to people what they render to others. This is why we as believers must treat all people right. We must sow seeds of love, seeds of encouragement, and above all we must show kindness. Stop talking about people! You belong to God.

Now concerning Jezebel, God sent His prophet with a word to her also. Now please remember that she is the root to all this bad fruit. Let us see what the prophet told her: Verse 23 reads, “And concerning Jezebel the Lord also spoke, saying, The dogs shall eat Jezebel by the wall of Jezreel.” Vs 24 “The dogs shall eat whoever belongs to Ahab and dies in the city, and the birds of the air shall eat whoever dies in the field”

When ever the man of God that is sent to your city states what the Lord has said it will come to pass! As we will see it may take several years but it will happen. Let us look at 2 Kings 9:7: You (Jehu) shall strike down the house of Ahab your master, that I may avenge the blood of My servants the prophets, and the blood of all the servants of the Lord, at the hand of Jezebel.

Notice that Jezebel used people to do her evil work, now it time for the Lord to use stronger people to do His work. The same measure you use is the same measure with the anointing that will be used on you. Always do that what is right because God is watching everything that you do. The Word is not lying when it says he that is faithful over a little will become ruler over much. The Lord will repay, believe it!

To see this fulfilled we must look deeper into the Word. We know that Jehu conspired against Joram by answering the truth when 3 times (2 times by horsemen and 1 time out of his own mouth) Joram asked, “Is it peace, Jehu?” Jehu reply was this: “What peace, as long as the harlotries of your mother Jezebel and her witchcraft are so many?” Let look at 2 Kings 9:30-37. Please read this for yourself from your own Bible. This is what the Lord had to do for the Lord watches over His word to perform it.

The Bible also warns us as the Church not to let this spirit get in us as members of the body of Christ. Rev. 2:20, “Nevertheless I have a few things against you, because you allow that woman Jezebel, who called herself a prophetess (writing the letter that stoned Naboth), to teach and seduce (tricked) My servants to commit sexual immorality and eat things sacrificed to idols.” Also read Rev. 2:18-29. This is where we live.

Evidence is defined as something that makes another thing evident, tend to prove, something that indicates or an outward sign. In life or in court, the evidence that we provided can make the difference between prison (lack) and freedom (peace) or in the winners circle - life in Christ or death - life in the flesh on your way to hell. As we walk this walk of faith, the evidence that we show our families, employers, friends, and the world will determines whether or not we receive from the Lord the things we desire of Him. Anybody can talk and the Church is full of talk. But you, my sister and brother, need evidence in your life. When this comes to you, you will be ready for God’s best (total fulfillment).

Faith comes by hearing the Word of God. Fear comes from listening to everybody else and not the word of God. Not many men really read the Word. They act like they do (they lie) but really don’t. Pride once again rises up and they yield to it because they are afraid. No man can ever be a man until he learns to go to the book (the Bible) and read it. Ladies of God, you know what I am talking about. How many times have you been on a trip and the man says he knows where he going and gets mad if you tell him? How about this one: I can fix this and only breaks it. Or this one; that was how my Dad did it and this is how we are going to do it. Let us look at why this is. When emotions become upset the mind shuts down to the normal way (God directed) ways of thinking. If there is no Word in your heart, you are upset and full of fear. That why so many people drink and do drugs to give them courage when they are really full of fear, pain, and lies. We must overcome these areas of life by using the word of God to improve our life and not go backwards into the past as so many live in daily especially in times like these.
